Digital Marketing Manager
Wonder is a creative marketing agency working with some of the most exciting brands in the region. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid campaigns and content strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients.
You’ll be responsible for planning and optimizing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads, building monthly content calendars, and proposing creative campaign ideas for multiple industries from lifestyle to tech, real estate to entertainment.
Objectives of the Role

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients

Paid Ads: Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn
-
Organic Content: Monthly posting calendars across platforms

Develop tailored strategies per client brand, based on goals (engagement, leads, traffic, sales)

Monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly
-
Work with internal creative teams and client-side contacts to bring campaigns to life

Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
Responsibilities

Build and manage performance campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn

Draft and execute monthly social media calendars for client pages

Coordinate visual assets, captions, and publishing schedule

Analyze campaign data and prepare reports with clear insights and recommendations

Lead or assist in brainstorming campaign ideas and seasonal activations

Communicate clearly with clients or account managers on performance and next steps
What We’re Looking For
-
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency or multi-brand environment
-
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Comfortable building campaigns from scratch: targeting, budgeting, creative, copy

Highly organized, can manage multiple clients and timelines
-
Strong skills in social media planning and campaign ideation
Fluent in Albanian and English
